Your new partner in parenting
Hi! My name is Sara Kantor.
I am a parent coach specializing in ages 0-5. I have an extensive background in early childhood development, including a BA in Psychology, Master’s of Social Work, certification in Neonatal Behavioral Observations, training in perinatal mental health, infant massage, and lactation, and countless hours of training in various other areas of childhood development. Over the course of my career, I have worked with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children—everything from picky eating, meltdowns, and bedtime struggles to sensory processing disorder, Autism, and beyond. I am also a mama to a sweet toddler and wife to my incredible partner. Becoming a mother has further solidified my drive to help families reach their parenting goals. I experienced firsthand just how little support we are afforded in parenthood. Quite often, families are left alone to “figure things out” while simultaneously receiving loads of conflicting pieces of advice. My biggest hope is for you is to leave our sessions feeling confident and capable to navigate the ups and downs of parenthood.
For the past 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of families achieve their parenting goals. My approach is gentle, responsive, and respectful. I take into account each child and family’s unique, individual needs and cater the education I provide to their particular dynamic. I believe in meeting a child where they are at, empowering them to become the boss of their own body, and connecting to gain cooperation.
If you’re a parent looking for research-based, conscious and supportive methods that really work, then this is the place for you.

Testimonials
We are so grateful for our time with Sara. She incorporated our entire family into sessions and taught us so much about child development. She was patient and open to hearing our concerns and priorities. She also identified underlying medical issues that were affecting our son’s behavior and connected us to highly regarded medical specialists to help address the issues. Our son is thriving in no small part because of our time working with Sara.
I am so grateful to have Sara’s expertise during this transition into being a mother. Over the past 5 months with my firstborn, she has been my trusted source of knowledge and encouragement. She has helped me to follow my instincts as a parent and to do what’s best for my household, rather than following the mainstream advice that was only causing me stress. I am so appreciative of Sara’s expertise, gentleness, and knowledge. I highly recommend her to all families in need of extra support.
Sara has been an incredible guide for my wife and I as we navigate life with a neurodivergent child. Sara’s warm, clear, and compassionate approach resonated with us, and the insights we’ve gained from Sara have truly supported us and our daughter, who is thriving. We highly recommend Sara as a parenting coach to anyone looking for guidance or support.
I had noticed that my 3 year old son was experiencing developmental delays and/or possibly exhibiting signs of a neurodivergent condition. All of my Google research just led me down paths of anxiety and confusion. Sara patiently sat and observed my son in our home, asking questions about my concerns and guiding me toward the resources that were worth us checking out. She is the perfect combination of empathy, experience, and knowledge. Thanks to her, we were able to connect my son with the right services to help him and even discovered a sleep issue that had been likely impairing his development. I am forever grateful for Sara’s kindness and help.
(Sara Kantor) changed my critical mindset. She truly pays attention to detail and observed the things only a behavioral specialist with experience would notice. I would definitely call (Sara) again.
Sara Kantor has been incredible to work with! I have two sons who struggle with sensory issues and behavioral problems, and she has helped us work through it. She really listened to my concerns and has taught me to be in tune with my childrens needs.
Sara has a very gentle approach which I love. She’s professional and respectful! I highly recommend her if you are in need of a parent coach!
